Welcome to LuckyTCF (the "Platform"). The following Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and LuckyTCF regarding your use of the Platform's services. By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any of LuckyTCF's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Services
LuckyTCF provides online preparation services for the TCF Canada French exam, including but not limited to:
Listening comprehension and reading comprehension online practice
Mock exams and score evaluation
Mistake tracker and study notes
Learning data statistics and analytics
Question translations and explanations
Subscriptions & Payments
LuckyTCF offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscription terms:
Subscription fees are based on the price displayed at the time of purchase
During the subscription period, you have access to all features of the corresponding plan
After the subscription expires, your account will be downgraded to the free plan — no automatic renewal
Purchased subscriptions are non-refundable, except where required by law
We reserve the right to adjust pricing; price changes do not affect active subscription periods
Prohibited Activities
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of platform content (including questions, translations, and explanations)
Using automated tools to scrape or bulk download platform data
Attempting to hack, decompile, or circumvent the platform's security mechanisms
Impersonating others or providing false information to register an account
Using the platform for any illegal activities
Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the platform

Mock exam scores and CEFR level assessments provided by LuckyTCF are for reference only and do not constitute a guarantee of actual TCF Canada exam results. We strive to ensure question quality and scoring accuracy but are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of this platform. This platform is not affiliated with the French Ministry of Education or any official TCF examination body.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the competent court in the jurisdiction where the Platform operator is located.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will provide advance notice via in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
